Pricing
Our bookkeeping and payroll price structure is given below.
Please understand these prices are a guide and will be arranged with individual clients as to their business needs.
Bookkeeping
Fees usually are calculated on a per-entry basis:
£1.20 per-entry for the first 1,000 entries (1 invoice=1 entry)
£1.10 per-entry for the next 1,000 entries
£1.00 per-entry thereafter
£0.50 per-statement sheet printed + Postage
FREE - All other reports, including VAT return reports
£2.00 - New customer setup / change of details
£5.00 - Customer payment reminder letters
£10.00 - Customer payment reminder phone calls
Accounting data is processed on a weekly or monthly basis from records made available, using the latest Sage software. Data is processed and sent by Email and Post. Please remember you can always phone to get the up to date picture if problems occur. When your data is processed you will also get a copy of our special ratio to give you an accurate picture of how your business is doing together with a list of expenses you can afford to pay with accompanying dates and a list of all monies expected to be paid. Any late payments will be chased by letter and phone as set out above. All customers owing money will be sent a statement once a month to encourage early payment.
Payroll
Fees are calculated on a per-entry basis:
£1.20 per payslip
£12.50 per joiner
£7.75 per leaver
£195.00 p.a. - completion of P35
£2.50 per employee - P14 / P60
Payslips, summary sheets and monthly summary of PAYE and NIC due are provided for each employee. Payroll service can be provided on a weekly, monthly or quarterly frequency, as required. We use the very latest Sage software to manage your payroll. BACS payments can be arranged for you if required for an additional fee.
