How the system works
This is a brief explanation of how the system works with our existing clients giving you all the facts and details to control YOUR money. Rather then paying your own book-keeping staff or struggling yourself we provide these services for you, and help recover your money quickly and efficiently by sending monthly statements and letters to any overdue accounts to encourage prompt payment.
On a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis depending on the size of your business you will send or email us a list of all records of your work carried out, items purchased, wages paid, services paid etc (in fact all financial dealings within that period) on very simple to complete easy to use forms and we will process them into proper accounts showing period profit or loss figures and also the position in the bank, how much is owed to you and how much you owe. OUR special Quick ratio allows you to see at a glance how your business is doing financially, accurately and easy to understand. If you would rather send us all your financial paperwork (preferably using photocopies) of each piece of paper than that can be arranged and we will sort it for you, then produce your accounts. Those using our forms get a 15% reduction in our fee’s
For the Payroll Email us the hours worked by each employee if weekly paid or the relevant information for all other employee’s and the payroll will be processed with payslips and reports both Emailed to you and posted to ensure a speedy conclusion. Holiday periods and other absences are notified using Email forms making the whole process quick, accurate and legal. You will be notified of when to pay HM Revenue and Customs showing how much.
